1. ID proofs required to rent a car: Driving License, Working ID, Aadhar card (all originals
need to be submitted).
2. We request the customer to pay 500/- as booking amount to block the desired car
and confirm the booking. Share the payment reference ID or screenshot for reference.
Balance amounts need to be paid before the start of the trip.
3. Customer need to pay 1,000/- as security deposit before the start of trip along with
their own 2-wheeler. Security deposit will be refunded during the drop of the car
4. Renter driving license should have a minimum experience of about 1 year.
Renter should not be found drunk (alcohol or other alcoholic drinks) at the time of
pickup. In such a case, the booking would be cancelled, and no refund would be made.
5. Smoking and Alcohol Drinking in any way is strictly not allowed inside the car. In the
event of anything found a penalty of about 5,000/- would be charged strictly.
6. Renters are solely responsible for taking photos and videos of the car before renting
both interior and exterior (images of car Tyre, battery and wheel drums).
7. Carrying pets, or any commercial goods is strictly not allowed.
8. Customers are not allowed to use our cars for any commercial purpose without our
knowledge (ex: - giving for rentals, used for any shooting purpose).
9. If any delay in drop of the car or any extensions should be informed prior to your
booking time ends.
10. In case of any breakdown of a car, the renter is not allowed to touch any spare parts
of the car without proper permission from us.
11. In case of any damage or repair you need to inform us immediately. Also only
authorized service centre’s need to do the damage work not the local workshops. In the
case of anything found a penalty amount would be strictly charged in addition to
damage charges.
12. Car should be kept clean both interior and exterior at the time of drop. In case of any
bad odour or any strains cleaning charge of around 1,000/- would be charged from the
customer.
13. Extra fuel will not be considered for payment refund.
14. As per Indian government regulations, our cars are restricted from exceeding
100km/s. Staying within the speed limit ensures road safety and legal compliance.
Damage Policy
1. In case of damage less than 25,000/- the charges should bear by the customers as
per showroom quotation only at the time of drop of the vehicle.
2. If the damage cost is above 25,000/- customers need to pay the depreciation amount
of 25,000/- and also customers must pay the difference insurance amount as per claim
quotation and also the customer should pay the half rent amount as per your trip
package for as long as the car need to keep in the showroom.
3. If the cause of damage is due to violation of traffic rules, rash driving, drink and drive,
or if the driver has less than 1 year of experience in four-wheeler driving in hill station
then no claim would be applicable for the same and the entire damage cost should be
paid by the customer only.
4. In case of damage, the renter is solely responsible for the towing charges and other
legal/police formalities which must be done till the car reaches the showroom for any
further services.
5. The renter is not allowed to use the car for any off-road purposes. If any such instance
happens then it would be considered as zero claims, and the renter needs to bear the
entire damage charges.
